To open a VIIO account you need a valid ID document (Colombian citizenship ID, foreign resident ID, or passport) and to complete identity verification inside the app. Registration takes minutes.

For the card:

  • Virtual card: top up your account with at least USD 3.
  • Physical card: top up your account with at least USD 50.
