* No cost if your available balance is USD 50 or more when you request it. With a lower balance, issuance costs USD 5 and is deducted from your balance.
** Replacing your physical card costs $5 USD, deducted from your account balance once the replacement is completed. The replacement is free only in the following cases:
(i) If the card does not work correctly, provided it is not due to misuse.
(ii) When the process of clarifying unrecognized charges is resolved in the Client’s favor.
