If VIIO shuts down or goes into liquidation, it will notify you, and you’ll have 30 days to sell, convert, send, or withdraw your holdings. If you still have a balance after that, VIIO sends it to the backup details in your profile, as you authorized when you accepted the Terms: if you registered a bank account in Colombia, everything is converted to pesos and deposited into that account; if you didn’t, but you registered a wallet, your digital assets are sent to it as they are (any pesos or foreign currency you held are first converted into a digital asset); if you registered neither, your balance is sent once you tell VIIO where to send it, and until then it stays in your name and you can claim it at any time. That’s why it’s worth registering a backup account or wallet and keeping it up to date.
