How long does the physical card take to arrive and how to activate it?

Delivery time depends on the city: up to 5 business days in Bogotá, Medellín and Cali; up to 8 business days in cities such as Cartagena, Santa Marta or Pereira; and up to 12 business days in other cities such as Tunja or Armenia.
