On VIIO you choose how to hold your funds: USDC or USDT, which track the dollar; EURC, which tracks the euro; COPM, which tracks the Colombian peso; or PAXG, which tracks gold. Each has an issuer: Circle issues USDC and EURC, Tether issues USDT, Minteo issues COPM and Paxos issues PAXG. They are digital assets that aim to keep the value of their reference, but they are not that currency, and PAXG goes up and down with the price of gold. The assets available at any time are shown in the app.
