How to verify your identity on VIIO (step-by-step KYC)

Identity verification on VIIO takes just a few minutes and follows these steps: enter your phone number, accept the terms and conditions, confirm the code sent by WhatsApp, fill in your details (first name, last name, email, whether you're a politically exposed person), confirm the code sent by email, create your password, select your country of residence, choose your ID type based on your country (Colombian cédula or an ID from your country of residence, passport, cédula de extranjería or PPT), scan the document and then your face. Finally, the app asks you to confirm some additional details: contact number, gender, country of tax residence, postal code and email. For most users this is the full process; in some cases VIIO may ask for additional information or documents.
