How much does VIIO charge? Fees and pricing explained

VIIO charges no maintenance fee on your account or card. Withdrawals to your bank account in Colombian pesos, US dollars, euros, pounds, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or Mexican pesos are currently exempt from cost, according to the fees currently published on viio.me.

Card: Issuing the virtual card is free with a minimum balance of USD 3. The physical card is free with a balance of at least USD 50, which is not deducted or blocked; below that balance, a USD 5 issuance cost applies. Replacing the physical card costs USD 5.

Note: Withdrawals and top-ups are currently exempt from VIIO fees. Network and third-party costs, such as your bank's, may vary and don't depend on VIIO. Before confirming each transaction you see the final rate and fees, which are also listed at viio.me/en/rates-and-fees.
